This is Blasting Machine, basically our company use this machine for blasting, because its mobility that allows one to use it in more remote places. Its can be used for preparation of surface, for blasting and cleaning the materials and abrasives.

JPG 126 shot blasting and cleaning machine is our new Technology machine, it’s kind of roller table conveyed auto shot blasting and cleaning equipment, it is dedicated for cleaning the surface of H-beam, steel pipes and profile steels, makes them to obtain a cleaning surface with a certain roughness which strengthen the abilities for painting, improves the surface quality, anticorrosion abilities and inner quality of the steel as well.

Figure 3: Garnet for Sand Blasting

Our company supply high quality almandine garnet from China. The color of nature garnet is dark when it is processed into sand and light red when it is powder. It turns to light grew or milky white when it becomes micro-powder. The specific gravity of garnet is 3. 95g /cm3. The inner structure of garnet is mainly crystallized iron and alumina.
